Data Deletion Request

Last updated: May 11, 2026

You may request deletion of your Hobble account and personal data by contacting Hobble support. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, or platform integrity reasons.

To request deletion: email with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

What to Include

  • Your Hobble account email address.
  • Your phone number connected to the account, if applicable.
  • Whether you used Hobble as a customer, provider, or both.
  • A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Hobble may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request. Once verified, Hobble will begin deleting or de-identifying personal information that is no longer needed to operate the platform or meet legal, payment, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations.

Information That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary, including payment records, payout records, invoices, tax or accounting records, fraud-prevention logs, security logs, dispute records, reports, legal compliance records, and information required to protect Hobble, users, or the platform.

Active Bookings, Payments, or Disputes

If your account has active bookings, payment holds, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, reports, or disputes, deletion may be delayed until those matters are resolved.

Public Provider Profiles

If you are a provider with a public Hobble profile, you may request that the public profile be removed or unpublished as part of your deletion request.

Response Time

Hobble will review deletion requests as reasonably practical after receiving the request and any required verification details. Complex requests involving payments, disputes, legal obligations, or fraud-prevention review may take longer.
