Hobble may process messages and booking-related activity to deliver app functionality, support users, prevent abuse, and send relevant notifications. Notification previews should not expose private message content where avoidable.
Provider Public Profiles
Providers may have public profile pages hosted by Hobble. Public profile content may include business name, display name, service categories, general service area, profile text, ratings, and other information intended for public display. Providers should not submit private information in public profile fields.
Payments
Hobble does not store full payment card numbers. Payment information is handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Provider payout and onboarding information may also be handled by those providers.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, process payments and payouts, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, investigate reports, enforce agreements, maintain tax and accounting records, support legal claims, and protect Hobble and its users.
Disputes, Safety Reports, and Incident Records
If a booking, message, payment, provider, customer, property issue, injury report, damage report, safety concern, fraud concern, refund request, payout issue, or dispute is submitted to Hobble, we may collect and retain related information. This may include account details, job details, messages, photos, timestamps, payment records, location-related information, support communications, report details, and internal review notes.
Deletion Requests and Retention Exceptions
If you request deletion of your account or personal information, Hobble may still retain certain records where reasonably necessary or permitted by law, including payment records, payout records, invoices, tax records, accounting records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, dispute records, safety reports, legal compliance records, and records needed to protect Hobble, users, or the platform.
Security
Hobble takes security seriously and uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, account information, booking records, messages, location-related data, provider information, support records, and payment-related records from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards may include access controls, account authentication, secure hosting providers, encrypted connections, limited access to operational systems, payment processing through third-party payment providers, monitoring, logging, backups, and internal procedures for reviewing security, fraud, support, and dispute issues.
Payment card information is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Hobble does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
No app, website, database, payment system, message system, storage provider, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
